Unlike many traditional accounting firms, she strives to provide relevant information in plain English—no accounting degree required. Like many entrepreneurs, Beckie’s path to Sargent Solutions followed a winding road. She has always excelled with numbers and with seeing how the pieces fit into the bigger picture. After beginning her degree at Purdue University, she took a ten-year break midway through to focus on her family’s business endeavors—experience she considers invaluable for understanding the challenges and pain points of building and sustaining a successful business.
